so... not real success stories yet? hmmm this system has been out for a while now, the first version and now the 2.0 version and I would expect a lot of people would had make some money by now. I am finishing watching all the videos and planning on creating a test project and post my results here. I hope others do too because so far I do not see any proof that people are making money (may be just not telling us)

    @tucker13

    Your latter observation is correct.

I think your question really should be: are people making money with affiliate marketing blogs monetized with EPN Amazon, and other programs, using automation? The answer to this question is YES! This month my affiliate marketing income from product blogs monetized with EPN and Adsense will pay the mortgage (over $2k) utilities, taxes, PLUS. This is after starting with several sites in August of 2008, built with no automation, and original content. I jumped on the Mage bandwagon a little less than a year ago, and started noticing what Mike was saying. Except for a couple of sites, I did not fully follow the Mage blueprint because there really wasn't a blueprint, and I didn't agree with building sites that did not have useful content. I watched the carnage that followed, as the uninformed built massive, resource hungry blogs, with tens of thousand posts, resulting in garbage that is of no value to customers, or the Internet. I use Mage for the plugins, in a cautious approach to adding content to a relatively small number of sites. .

I have not yet built a site based solely on the ABB Blueprint, because I was "in the game" when it was released, and using some of the same concepts I learned in the "school of hand knocks". I can tell you that this Blueprint is "spot on" in respect to,.. what works. In the marketing for ABB Mike talks about $3K a month from Autoblogs. My experience tells me it should be "Put $3k a month in the rear view mirror as you use automation and the ABB methodology to build a business". I also learned along the way that there is NO "push button" system or plugin that will make you rich, it all takes work.

It is very rare in this business that someone with integrity will lay out a blueprint for something that works, but this in my opinion this is about as close as it gets to a success blueprint.

One other point...from experience...those that are successful are very low key in their posting on these forums. Trust me they are here

I'll answer honestly, I've been doing this a while (since ABB1) I stopped at 25 blogs as they wasn't really doing much to be honest, theres probably 1 or 2 that do a bit of something but they're not even worth a mention. Probably make around $45 a month in total (from all 25) "if I'm very lucky". And things got worse after Googles Mayday.

Anyone apart from Mike that does make real money with Autoblogs, good on you, PM me coz I'd love to know how you've managed it, I followed everything to the letter (well, everything apart from that linking structure that would take me a lifetime to complete) and my results from 25 autoblogs are dire.

I'm seriously thinking about dumping them and just turning them into normal websites.

Just my 2c and honest results

It's kinda funny how my path has followed koronis path over the last couple of years. Almost an identical story, ... started with no automation and then started using the Mage plugins (but not the methodology), got introduced to Mike, and now have 17 blogs paying the mortgage.

What I find useful in the ABB methodology is that it shows you how to get REAL buying traffic to your blogs and build a SEO site. Once you get the traffic, it's up to you to discover the best moniteziation strategy. EPN and Amazon work for some sites, but not all.

If your struggling with making money from autoblogs, I would encourage you to take a systematic debug approach:
    1. Is the site SEO optimized? - If not rewatch the first couple of ABB modules
    2. Are you getting 100 to 500 unique visitors per day? - If not ... can your niche support this type of traffic? do you have the proper backlinking structure? are you targeting the proper keywords?
    3. Getting traffic, but not making money? - If not, try changing your monetization method. I built what I thought was a perfect Amazon site. The Amazon revenue stunk. So I changed it to a comparison shopping site and it started producing.

There are a gazillion niches that are looking for your product recommendations. It's your obligation to discover them and offer them an easy to navigate site that leads them to their answer. Potential customers need your help in finding solutions to their problems. It's your responsibility to systematically work through the blog building process to help them find the answer.

Sorry to hear that Killjoy, but the reality is that the backlinks and the process I go over in Module 4, which works in concert with the entire SEO Plan of action, is what makes this program work. Without the Link Tree and other backlinking measures telling Google what you need it to know, then all you have is the same blogs everyone else is producing. It is the end of August and I know you couldn't have done the entire ABB 2.0 version and seen the complete culmination of this process yet. It takes 2 months just to get through the Google Classification process. Patience in this process is key.

Are you using stats and analytics to determine what is working and what isn't?

As for the Link Tree taking forever to complete, there are people doing it the Member to Member section here for $13 per link tree and they are doing it fast. I can appreciate you posting and saying you gave up on the system, but do not say the system doesn't work if you aren't using the system the way I have told you to.

This is a package deal. I tell you in the beginning, don't think you know certain things and then skip around to the information you want to use and not use all of it, because if you do not use the entire system, then it won't work.

Do you remember that from the Getting Started page in the Auto Blog Blueprint?

Gosh... I feel like ABB2 was just launched. I'm just getting started with link wheels. I'm not at the point where I have my sites 100% set up yet. I'm working on about 7 ABB style sites at the same time, but I still don't think that enough time has elapsed since ABB2 has been live to have sites done according to the plan. I've been taking the time to get my sites set up carefully, so that I have minimum maintenance later on. And, if you're like me, I have had a learning curve with new plugins such as TagPig and WTG, as well as the new version of WPRobot. It's taken time to get the settings just right, to put together a high quality blog that Google will reward.

I just think it's WAY to early to make judgements if you are truly following the ABB2 plan.

I will however say that ABB1 worked.

    I couldn't agree more Rita.

You can't make everyone happy though. I think out of the thousands of posts on the ABB I have seen here and on other sites, this is actually the first quasi negative one I have seen. That being said, it will not work for everyone because it takes work, patience, and the ability to stick to the plan. This is very hard for a lot of people and the main reason why you don't see tons of people who are making tons of money on the web. Not just with this program, but with any "Internet Marketing - Make Money Online" product. Everyone wants a Get Rich Quick without having to work program and honestly I have not seen one in a long time. The heyday of Blog and Ping with Google Adsense and easy money is long gone. It takes work and automation now. Period.

And the ABB 2.0 flat out works. But you have to follow everything. I haven't left anything out and I am adding more.

    Mike,

Yes, it is the end of August and I have done everything (Backlinking included) apart from the link tree. Don't forget, these arn't new blogs, they have been around since ABB1, I adjusted them to ABB2.

I've re-read my post and can't see where I said that the system doesn't work,,, That's not what I said,

The guy asked the question, "Any Real Success Story" .. I gave my story, simple as that.. sorry that you read more into it... It probably is working for some, works for you doesn't it?

If I'm honest, you're one of the very few people IM wise that I trust.... It's just that things haven't worked out for me for whatever reason.

I appreciate it and you are absolutely right. There are so many X-factors that go into this; from the niches you pick to the monetization methods you choose, that will determine your success or failure. I am the rest of the ABB Members are still here to help you. I would hate to see you stop doing this and the only thing between you and success was the one question you did not ask.

    Continued Good Luck to you.
